New menu in 'Esplanade Bar & Diner'

Our Executive Chef and his team have created a delicious new menu.

 For starters there’s a Steamed Pork Bao, Pulled Poached Duck with Saffrom Biryani or ask the team what the soup is.

 Moving onto mains why not try the Swordfish with Aloo Gobi Masala Puree, Red Coral, Lemon & Grapefruit dressing (pictured)

 And to finish you can have the ‘Deconstructed Tiramisu’
